libbrlapi-jni software package provides Java bindings for BrlAPI (native library), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbrlapi-jni
libbrlapi-jni is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbrlapi-jni package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbrlapi-jni *
You will get with libbrlapi-jni package name, version, architecture and description in a table
